The Yeezy Slide is one of those shoes that you can throw on with pretty much any pair of shorts or any pair of sweats and it looks great. In fact, I had to spend about $140 on this pair for myself, which, to be fair, is a lot of money to pay for a pair of slides.
You can spot the difference in the thickness of each line relatively easily. Any authenticator using the shape alone as enough of a reference to determine its authenticity isn’t telling the truth. Whether it’s looking at the toe box or the heels of the Yeezy Slides, the shape of the counterfeit is nearly impeccable. Of course you’ll come across low quality counterfeits that will be flawed, but most get the shape right and is barely noticeable to the human eye.
